Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a corporate banking sales professional to promote cash management and trade solutions to target corporate clients in Manila. You will manage a healthy sales pipeline and conduct calls to enroll clients in the bank's treasury offerings.

The role requires three years of experience with corporate clients, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to close deals while meeting revenue targets. Training will be provided to client users as needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing corporate and commercial clients.
• Proven ability to prospect and acquire new clients, expanding the bank's portfolio.
• Identify opportunities and convert leads into profitable relationships with tailored packages.
• Balance profitability with business targets aligned to bank goals.
• Excellent skills in financial data analysis, negotiation, presentation, and communication.
• Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and building relationships from scratch.
• Strong commercial orientation focused on revenue generation and targets.
• Grit, resilience, and rigor in pursuing objectives and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities to provide cash management and trade solutions within the target client market.
• Effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline and move opportunities through deal stages.
• Conducts sales calls on target corporate clients to enroll them in cash management and trade solutions.
• Briefs corporate clients on functionalities and benefits of cash management and trade solutions.
• Provides corporate clients first-level support for product/service queries.
• Conducts hands-on training for corporate clients’ assigned users as needed.
• Coordinates resolution of problems relating to corporate cash management and trade with concerned units.
• Monitors CASA ADB, fees, and usage of accounts of onboarded deals and accounts under management.
• Tracks revenue performance of transactional banking clients recently provided cash management and/or trade solutions.
