Responsibilities

• Creates, updates, and warehouses sales and marketing materials for specific sectors, industries, customer groups, or specific initiatives of the sales team.
• Manages and monitors documentary requirements of sales deals of the sales officers.
• Supports sales teams in managing their sales pipelines and tracking deals through stages.
• Coordinates hand off and implementation documents to the implementation team and tracks progress.
• Coordinates with the implementation team on deal implementation and reports progress to the sales team.
• Prepares sales reports to monitor activities of team members.
• Guides corporate clients through documentary requirements and enrollment processes.
• Provides first-level product and service support for corporate clients.
• Conducts hands-on training for corporate clients' users as needed.
• Coordinates resolution of problems related to corporate cash management and trade with relevant units.
• Participates in marketing blitzes and roadshows to engage prospective corporate clients.
• Coordinates with front-line units to arrange sales presentations for pre-selected corporate prospects.
