Job summary

IPG Hospitality Pte Ltd is seeking a cook for Indus Folk, a healthy Indian-inspired QSR. The role focuses on mastering our recipes and techniques, with full training provided to build fine-dining skills across Akasā as well.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes. We value a strong work ethic, hygiene, and teamwork, and offer on-the-job training, cross-training opportunities, career progression, and staff meals.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience (any cuisine)
• Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player with good hygiene habits and attention to detail
• Available for shift work, including weekends/public holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to recipe and plating standards
• Operate and maintain kitchen stations/equipment safely
• Learn our recipes, marinades and prep methods (training provided)
• Check dishes for taste, temperature and presentation before service
• Handle daily prep — chopping, portioning, marinating — and track stock levels
• Follow food safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards
