• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of withstanding hot temperatures and high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients: wash, peel, cut, and prep vegetables and meats.
• Cook food items using various methods per recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with required supplies.
• Ensure dishes are prepared high quality, on time, and synchronized.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation at all times.
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnishing setup.
• Adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup, sanitation, and organization of storage areas.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent quality of prepared items.
• Monitor freshness and stock expiry.
