The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of line cook experience, can work in a fast-paced kitchen, communicates well with colleagues, and is willing to work weekends and varied shifts. Physical stamina is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in line cook or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Food safety awareness is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and established standards.

• Prepare ingredients and maintain mise en place before service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, equipment, and utensils.

• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service.
