Job summary

TRPlane.com is seeking a detail-oriented controller/bookkeeper to manage daily accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, revenue recognition, and GL in QuickBooks Online. You will generate timely financial reports, perform monthly closings, maintain cash flow projections, and ensure accuracy and compliance while collaborating with clients and external advisors.

Candidates should have 5+ years of accounting experience, be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com, and work from a remote setup

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience preferred (agency or small business).
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting including A/R, A/P, revenue recognition, and GL using QuickBooks Online.
• Invoice and recognize project revenue; coordinate with clients or their A/R reps.
• Process payments to vendors and maintain weekly cash flow projections.
• Close books monthly/quarterly/annually with P/L and balance sheet analyses.
• Prepare data-backed reports for management decisions and risk assessment.
