BruntWork seeks an experienced Full Cycle Bookkeeper to manage complete financial records, including AP/AR, reconciliations, financial statements, and tax support, using QuickBooks Online and Excel/Sheets. The role emphasizes accuracy and attention to detail across ledgers and reporting.

The position offers a remote, work-from-home arrangement with a 30-hour workweek (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST). A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3+ years of bookkeeping are preferred, along with

Competenze

3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Sheets.
Solid understanding of cash vs accrual accounting, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Mansioni

Accounts Payable & Receivable management, invoicing, bill entry, and payment processing.
Bank and credit card reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements (P&L, balance sheets).
Tax preparation support and coordination with CPAs or tax professionals.
Maintain clean digital records in QuickBooks Online; suggest workflow improvements.
