Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer on a 3-month project to support manpower requirements. You will build candidate pipelines, source and screen applicants, facilitate interviews and assessments, and coordinate with Hiring Managers to provide timely recruitment updates.

The role involves posting vacancies on Recruit+, JobStreet, and Indeed, maintaining update records, and ensuring smooth recruitment processes within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Preferably with experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms such as Recruit+, JobStreet, and Indeed is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Available for a 3-month project-based engagement.

Responsibilities

• Post approved vacancies on Recruit+ and other platforms.
• Source qualified candidates through Recruit+, portals, referrals, and other sources.
• Screen applications and shortlist based on requirements.
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews; coordinate assessments.
• Endorse candidates for second/final interviews and track results.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers on interview schedules and progress.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support recruitment activities with external partners as required.
