Job summary

OfficePartners, 360 Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles. You will source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.

You will schedule interviews with hiring managers, maintain accurate ATS records, and build a strong candidate pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely updates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business admin or related field.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment is advantageous.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Meet hiring targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and recruitment metrics.
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and other sourcing initiatives as needed.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
