Job summary

VRI Crew is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles. You will partner with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and maintaining ATS data, while building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
• Prepare and extend job offers and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
