Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Specialist to handle IT hardware purchasing. The role requires evaluating suppliers through RFQ, negotiating prices and terms, and issuing purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Five-day work week (Mon-Fri, 9:00-6:00) with opportunities for career progression and work-life balance. Location: Bugis/Suntec area; salary is $3500 with an additional annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business or IT.
• 2 years procurement/purchasing experience in IT preferred.
• Able to negotiate and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• RFQ and price/service level comparisons to qualify suppliers.
• Negotiate contract prices and payment terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for IT hardware.
• Ensure timely delivery of products.
• Build and maintain rapport with suppliers; handle ad-hoc duties.

Salary Offered Range: $3500 + Up to 3.5 Month Variable Bonus each year

Job Scope:

• RFQ & comparing of prices and service level to qualify supplier and vendors
• Negotiation of contract prices and payment terms with supplier
• Prepare and Issue Purchase Order for all IT hardware products
• Ensure timely delivery of products
• Building & maintain of rapports with supplier and vendors
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
• 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing in IT Sector preferred
