Job summary

WebBeds in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage data updates: applying stop sales and free sales into the database upon receipt from hotels or Contract Manager, and recording rate changes and terms and conditions amendments.

You will load promotions and supplier contracts for Non-Accommodation, ensure accuracy within SLAs, and participate in training and development within the department.

Responsibilities

• Application of stop sales and free sales into the database system upon receipt from the hotel or Contract Manager.
• Application of rate changes and terms and conditions amendments into the database system received from the hotel / Contract Manager.
• Load proomotions into the database system upon receipt from the Contract Manager.
• Load supplier contracts for Non Accommodation as per the information provided by the Contracting team.
• Ensure that the database is updated accurately and within the required service level / timeline in line with the company’s SOPs.
• Participate in the training refreshers and calibrations within the Department.
• Participate in the Learning & Development trainings.
