Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support internal and external communications for the head office, bancassurance, and related teams. You will develop content, design end-to-end plans, and ensure branding guidelines are followed across channels.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Actuarial, Alternative Marketing & Sales, Corporate Solutions and HR to create product communications for group life plans and to promote FA careers, with onsite work in Makati

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, financial services, or related discipline.
• At least 23 years of relevant work experience in sales or service organizations handling marketing, communications, journalism, or advertising, preferably in life insurance.
• Background in marketing communications, journalism, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Functional knowledge using Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier) or other graphics software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player, flexible and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch a full-year product communications plan across channels to generate awareness and engagement for the company’s group life products.
• Coordinate with BDO Group Units to promote initiatives where insurance is bundled with existing products and services.
• Create and update internal and external communications materials ensuring brand guidelines are applied.
• Produce product spiels and templates to support business development and client presentations.
