• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or service organization handling marketing management or administrative services, preferably in life insurance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and various photo/video editing software (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Updating the company website and digital tools to ensure compliance with standard regulation.
• Ensuring that the department complies with the risk & compliance deliverables in a timely manner.

• Ensuring that the department complies with the risk & compliance deliverables in a timely manner.
• Providing oversight of the department's budget and expenses.
• Ensuring that the department's processes are appropriately documented, and assets are accounted for.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, financial services, or any related discipline.
• With at least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or service organization handling marketing management or administrative services, preferably in the life insurance industry.
• With functional knowledge of basic MS Office application (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and various photo/video editing software (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas or Makati.
