BDO Unibank is seeking a Marketing Manager for Insurance to spearhead development and execution of marketing campaigns for BDO Life and BDO Insure. Lead strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and customer-focused improvements across the life and non-life subsidiaries.

The role emphasizes strong presentation skills, digital marketing expertise, and stakeholder engagement, with onsite work in Makati or Ortigas. A senior-level professional with 8+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business management, marketing and advertising.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create compelling presentations and marketing materials.
• Solid experience in digital marketing, media, CRM, and/or user experience (UX).
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in creative direction and media planning/management.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire marketing planning and campaign execution process to deliver business objectives and brand objectives with the alignment of cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead a customer-first approach in establishing process enhancements.
• Build and maintain thought leadership and subject matter expertise encompassing all customer segments.
