Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a Communications Specialist in Taguig to lead external communications that enhance brand and client engagement. You will craft content for client communications, campaigns, and influencer partnerships, working with Marketing, Client Experience, and Digital teams.

You will develop messaging, manage crisis communications, and guide stakeholders with clear, timely communications across channels. A background in PR and digital writing is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Communications, Marketing, or a relevant course.
• With over five years of experience in public relations and corporate communications.
• Extensive experience in writing for digital.
• Experience managing key opinion leader and influencer partnerships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic external communications to strengthen Sun Life’s brand.
• Create content for client communications, marketing campaigns, and KOL partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Experience, Digital, and external partners.
• Provide communication counsel and manage stakeholder relationships across functions.
