Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Content Moderator to monitor and evaluate user-generated videos, images, and live streams for policy violations. You will enforce guidelines on graphic violence, hate speech, bullying, adult content, and self-harm, and escalate sensitive cases to the legal and regional Trust & Safety teams.

The role requires on-site work and high-volume, quality-focused performance. You'll join a team focused on protecting communities while meeting accuracy and productivity targets

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School.
• Amenable to work on site.
• No call center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate user-generated videos, images, and live streams for policy violations.
• Enforce content guidelines covering graphic violence, hate speech, bullying, adult content, and self-harm.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases and collaborate with legal and regional Trust & Safety teams.
• Manage large volumes of content efficiently while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and quality targets.
