Job summary

TEMU in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Content Moderator to review and tag product listings, images, videos, and text, applying moderation policies consistently.

You will identify prohibited or fraudulent items, detect misleading information, escalate complex cases, and document decisions while meeting SLAs.

The role requires basic computer skills, willingness to work rotating shifts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Customer Service is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.
