Tavor Perry is seeking a Social Media & Content Assistant to own video production for Instagram, YouTube, and the website, plus support day-to-day operations. You'll edit reels, shorts, and long-form video to a premium brand standard while handling emails, calendars, and admin tasks.

You'll bring sharp editing skills, knowledge of short-form growth, and a resourceful, tech-friendly approach to manage a variety of responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven video editing skills with CapCut, Edits or Descript at a professional level.
• Solid knowledge of short-form growth mechanics (hook structure, retention, trend & audio strategy).
• Experience with email communications and basic email marketing tools.
• Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot new tools independently.
• Strong organizational skills for calendar management and admin tasks.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and responsive follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality Reels, Shorts, and long-form video for Instagram, YouTube, and website with premium editing, sound, captions, and polish.
• Turn raw footage into finished content and make editorial calls independently.
• Manage a content calendar and upload content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Substack.
• Extract usable content from calls, podcasts, livestreams, and comments for repurposing and testimonials.
• Repurpose source content into LinkedIn posts, carousels, Reels, clips, and quotes.
