Qualifications

• Proven track record shaping short-form video content for Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency in Figma — required for design and asset production.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and CapCut for video editing.
• Strong storytelling with hooks in first seconds.
• Excellent copywriting in a defined brand voice.
• Understanding of platform formats, aspect ratios, and durations.
• Experience posting across multiple social platforms.
• Comfort using AI tools in content workflows.
• Sharp aesthetic sense with premium visual quality.
• Ability to read analytics and translate results into content decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape raw footage into high-performing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Put videos together with narrative structure and a three-second hook
• Layer captions, subtitles, text overlays, transitions, and trending audio to match brand style
• Write captions and hooks in brand voice for each platform
• Recut and reformat content so versions read native to each platform
• Create marketing assets in Figma to back campaigns and launches
• Feed Amazon A+ content with visuals and assets
• Post content across platforms with a steady publishing rhythm
• Track performance metrics and report on views, engagement, reach
• Identify top-performing content and advise on future formats
• Manage raw footage and project files for quick retrieval
• Collaborate with brand manager on direction and revisions
