Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to lead the creative side of our digital marketing. You will manage Mailchimp campaigns, design ads for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, and produce short-form video content from our image library.

You will pitch original ideas, edit promo videos, and collaborate with the creative director to ensure brand-aligned output across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Hands-on Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or equivalent image editing tool.
• A strong creative eye with the confidence to generate and pitch original ideas independently.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule Mailchimp email campaigns weekly.
• Design social media ad creatives for IG, FB, and Pinterest using our seasonal image library.
• Create short-form content including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Edit promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels.
• Review ad and campaign performance and report insights with recommendations.
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas.
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
• Collaborate closely with the creative director for direction and final approval.
