Job Summary:
We're glad to be adding a Social Media & Content Assistant to own the production and distribution of our video content across Instagram, YouTube, and our website, while also supporting broader day-to-day operations. This role blends content production with growth strategy — you'll edit reels, shorts, and long-form video to a premium, high-ticket brand standard, while also handling email communications, community engagement, calendar management, and general administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate brings sharp editing skills, real knowledge of short-form growth mechanics, and a tech-confident, resourceful approach to owning a variety of responsibilities without needing close oversight.
Edit and produce high-quality Reels, Shorts, and long-form video for Instagram, YouTube, and the website with premium pacing, sound design, captions, and visual polish
Turn raw footage, voice notes, or source video into finished, on-brand content, making creative calls independently
Build and manage a content calendar across platforms, and upload and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Substack
Mine coaching calls, sales calls, podcast episodes, livestreams, and comments/DMs for usable content, wins, and testimonial-worthy moments
Take source content and systematically repurpose it into LinkedIn posts, carousels, Reels, clips, and quote graphics
Write on-brand captions, hashtags, and calls to action for each platform
Manage community engagement across social platforms, including responding to comments and DMs
Implement and manage email sends, sequences, and newsletter scheduling
Manage the founder's calendar and diary, including scheduling and coordination
Handle general day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as they come up
Provide light technical support across the working tech stack, troubleshooting and setting up tools as needed
Keep raw footage, edited assets, finished content, and other working files organized in Google Drive
Proven video editing skills in CapCut, Edits, or Descript at a professional level
Genuine working knowledge of short-form growth mechanics (hook structure, retention, trend and audio strategy)
Comfortable managing email communications and basic email marketing tools
Tech-confident and resourceful, comfortable picking up and troubleshooting new tools independently
Strong organizational skills for calendar management and day-to-day admin
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and fast, responsive follow-through
Experience producing content for a coaching, course, or high-ticket personal-brand business
Familiarity with Metricool for scheduling and distribution
Familiarity with Canva for graphics and carousel design
Experience with email platforms such as Kit or Mailchimp
Comfortable with an evolving role and shifting priorities
Ability to bring proactive ideas rather than waiting to be briefed
This is a chance to take real ownership across content and operations for a premium, high-ticket brand, with room to shape the role as it grows. You'll work closely with the founder, have creative latitude to make editorial calls, and be trusted to handle a wide range of responsibilities without needing constant direction.
