Tavor Perry in Cebu, Philippines is seeking a proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to lead the creative side of our digital marketing. You will craft email campaigns, social ad creatives, and short-form video content from our seasonal library.

You will work with the creative director, pitch ideas, edit videos, retouch images, and report on performance while maintaining a high standard of visual storytelling for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Proven track record creating content and ads for social platforms.
• Hands-on Mailchimp experience.
• Strong video editing for short-form content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or equivalent image editing tool.
• A strong creative eye with the confidence to build and pitch original ideas on your own.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work on your own initiative.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns each week, planning as far as a month of campaigns ahead
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest from our seasonal image library
• Build engaging short-form content, Reels and TikTok videos included
• Cut promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels
• Look over ad and campaign performance and draw up reports with recommendations
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas proactively
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use
• Team up closely with the creative director on direction, feedback, and final approval
