Job summary

JTI is seeking a Consumer & Trade Activations Supervisor to lead end-to-end activations in the DRC market. Reporting to the Consumer & Trade Activations Manager, you will apply strong analytics and a consumer-centric mindset to identify opportunities that drive consumer acquisition, trade performance and partnerships.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration / Economics or related.
• 3+ years experience in Marketing & Sales.
• Fluent in French & English.
• Focus on quality and delivering results.
• Strong consumer-centricity, knowledge of trade landscape and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent project management skills. Ability to learn quickly. Good team player.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market, consumer, brand and channel trends and gather field insights to identify opportunities for activations in DRC.
• Collaborate with Sales to translate marketing strategies into in-field executions from concept to implementation.
• Monitor investment performance against KPIs and propose improvements for activations.
• Manage the marketing budget per project with ownership and integrity.
• Ensure process compliance and reporting to the Activations Manager.
• Foster collaboration across departments to deliver optimal results for JTI.
