Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a regulatory compliance professional in Makati to support the department head in implementing and strengthening the organization’s consumer protection framework. The role reviews consumer-facing practices, products, services, disclosures, customer journeys, and complaint outcomes to identify risks of consumer harm and coordinate preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Legal Management.
• At least 3 years of work experience in consumer protection, regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance or complaint management.
• Willing to work in Makati, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Monitors consumer protection compliance and key risk indicators; identify gaps, emerging risks, and areas of potential consumer harm, and recommends appropriate actions.
• Reviews products, services, customer journeys, disclosures, and marketing materials for consumer protection risks and potential adverse consumer impact.
• Maintains policies, procedures, registers, evidence files, and regulatory updates relating to consumer protection.
• Participates in product, process, incident, or third-party reviews involving material consumer impact.
• Conducts awareness sessions and provide advisory support on fair treatment, disclosure, complaint redress, and prevention of consumer harm.
• Identifies and assess emerging consumer protection risks of new products, digital channels, business practices, regulations, and material operational changes.
• Monitors trends and recurring issues affecting consumers and recommends preventive measures to address emerging consumer protection risks.
