Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager in the Philippines to lead and scale our corporate compliance and business setup operations. You will oversee end-to-end service delivery, manage client portfolios, and drive a high-performing team of specialists ensuring seamless operations.

The role requires strong strategic leadership, deep knowledge of Philippine corporate legal frameworks, and a proven track record in SLA/KPI management, client relations, and process

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course or at least 1 year in Law School.
• Worked as a Paralegal for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee daily Corporate Services operations with clients.
• Lead the team responsible for company setup, registrations, licenses, permits, and renewals with government agencies (SEC, BIR, DTI, City Halls, SSS).
• Liaise with government agencies for local registration and compliance requirements.
• Ensure service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance of the Corporate Services team.
• Provide legal/compliance support and prepare regulatory reports and filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
