Job summary

The role reviews consumer-facing practices, products and customer journeys, identifies risks, coordinates corrective actions, and ensures fair treatment, transparency and timely complaint redress across covered businesses.

Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year course.
At least three years of work experience in consumer protection, regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance or complaint management, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

Monitors consumer protection compliance and risk indicators; identifies gaps and recommends actions.
Reviews products, services and disclosures for consumer protection risks and potential adverse impact.
Maintains policies, procedures, records and regulatory updates related to consumer protection.
Participates in reviews involving material consumer impact (product, process, incident, third-party).
Conducts awareness sessions and advisory support on fair treatment, disclosure and complaint redress.
