Job summary

Private Advertiser in Bridgetowne is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Consumer Electronics Account. This blended, non-voice and voice support role handles written inquiries with minimal phone calls.

You will assist customers with products, provide information and troubleshooting, help with orders, returns, and account concerns, and document interactions. 6–12 months CS experience preferred; HS grad required; onsite in Bridgetowne; English communication essential.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
• 6 to 12 months of Customer Service or Customer Support experience.
• BPO experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with consumer electronics products and services.
• Handle inquiries through chat, email, and limited phone support.
• Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance.
• Help with orders, returns, replacements, and account concerns.
