Job summary

Private Advertiser in San Fernando Pampanga is seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis across NCR and Northern Luzon. You will perform surveys and measurements to support civil and structural works.

You will operate total stations, GPS, and levels, prepare survey reports and drawings, collaborate with site teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards. Mentoring junior surveyors is possible as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Construction Surveyor
• Proven expertise in operating a range of surveying equipment and proficiency in using CAD software for design and drafting
• Strong understanding of construction methods, civil engineering principles, and relevant industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with construction teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues on site
• Willingness to work in a dynamic construction environment and can handle pressure at work.
