Nationstar Development Corporation is seeking a skilled Surveyor to perform accurate land and construction surveys, establish benchmarks, and provide reliable data to support construction activities.
The role requires experience with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD, and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, while delivering precise measurements and as-built documentation on site in Bulacan.
Surveyor is responsible for conducting accurate land and construction surveys, establishing reference points and elevations, and providing reliable survey data to support the proper execution, alignment, and completion of construction works in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and project requirements.
Conduct site surveys, measurements, and dimensional checks prior to and during construction.
Establish and maintain benchmarks, reference points, control points, grid lines, and elevations.
Perform setting-out and layout works based on approved construction drawings.
Verify building lines, coordinates, elevations, dimensions, and locations of structural and architectural elements.
Conduct surveys for excavation, foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, drainage, utilities, and other construction activities.
Check the actual site conditions against approved plans and drawings.
Verify the accuracy and position of works executed by subcontractors and site personnel.
Conduct as-built surveys and record actual dimensions, elevations, coordinates, and locations of completed works.
Immediately report discrepancies, deviations, or errors identified during survey activities to the Project Manager/PIC.
Operate and properly maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, Digital Level, GPS/GNSS equipment, and other applicable tools.
Ensure that survey equipment is properly calibrated, accurate, and in good working condition.
Safeguard survey instruments and ensure proper storage and handling at the project site.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, calculations, sketches, and other required documentation.
Maintain accurate records of survey measurements, benchmarks, control points, and reference data.
Prepare and submit survey data required for construction monitoring, progress verification, and project documentation.
Coordinate with Engineering and Drafting personnel regarding survey data and as-built drawings.
Ensure all survey works are performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, project standards, and applicable codes.
Support QA/QC inspections by providing accurate survey measurements and verification data.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of survey results.
Conduct final surveys of completed works.
Provide accurate survey data for the preparation and updating of as-built drawings.
Verify final elevations, coordinates, dimensions, and locations before project close-out.
Assist in resolving survey-related punchlist items and discrepancies.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Preferably with relevant experience in construction surveying.
Knowledgeable in construction layout, leveling, coordinates, elevations, and as-built surveying.
Proficient in the use of Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic survey/data processing software is an advantage.
Good mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
Willing to work on project sites and under varying site conditions.
