We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our surveying team based in Candelaria, Quezon. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our construction operations by conducting precise land measurements and assessments that form the foundation of our building and infrastructure projects. This position is integral to ensuring project accuracy, compliance with regulations, and the successful delivery of our construction initiatives. You will work both in the office and in the field, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide the detailed surveying data required for project planning and execution.
Conduct comprehensive land surveys using specialised surveying equipment and technology to obtain accurate measurements and spatial data
Prepare detailed survey plans, maps and technical drawings based on field measurements and data collected
Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks for construction sites
Verify property boundaries, easements and right-of-way information to ensure legal compliance
Analyse survey data and produce reports documenting findings, measurements and recommendations
Collaborate with engineers, architects and construction teams to ensure surveying requirements are met throughout project lifecycles
Ensure all surveying work complies with relevant regulations, codes and industry standards
Maintain accurate records of all survey work, measurements and documentation for project files
Utilise surveying software and CAD applications to process data and create technical drawings
Identify and communicate potential site constraints or challenges that may impact construction planning
Recognised qualification or diploma in surveying or a related discipline from an accredited institution
Valid professional surveyor licence or equivalent certification as required by relevant regulatory bodies in the Philippines
Proven experience working as a land surveyor in the construction industry, ideally with 3+ years of practical experience
Strong proficiency in surveying equipment such as theodolites, levels, GPS receivers and total stations
Competence with surveying software, CAD applications and data processing tools
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Thorough understanding of surveying principles, techniques and best practices
Knowledge of local land regulations, property laws and construction standards applicable in Quezon
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor field conditions and varied weather
Preferred experience with construction site surveying, boundary surveys or infrastructure projects
