About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Surveyor to join our project team in Batangas. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting precise site measurements, gathering topography and structural data, and providing critical site assessments to support our engineering and project management teams. Your findings will directly impact project planning, design accuracy, and overall execution safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive land, topographic, and structural surveys using standard land surveying equipment (e.g., Total Station, GPS/GNSS, leveling instruments).

• Verify boundaries, site dimensions, elevations, and existing layout conditions against architectural/engineering blueprints.

• Mark out layout points and establish accurate reference points on-site prior to construction.

• Prepare clear, detailed survey reports, sketches, and digital mapping data for engineers, architects, and project managers.

• Collaborate closely with the Project-in-Charge, site engineers, and client to address site discrepancies or design adjustments.

• Ensure all survey work complies with local government regulations, land laws, and company safety standards.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer is preferred, but experienced candidates with equivalent site surveying background are highly encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in land/site surveying for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.

• Proficiency with surveying tools and hardware (Total Station, RTK GPS, Digital Levels).

• Strong working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD / AutoCAD Civil 3D) for processing survey data and drafting plans.

• High attention to detail, strong spatial awareness, and solid analytical skills.

• Willing to be based full-time on-site in Batangas.
