Joy~Nostalg Group in the Philippines is seeking a Field Surveyor to assist the Survey Head in establishing controls, gathering complete survey data, and preparing all survey requirements for the project. You will perform exact measurements, set-out layouts, monitor elevations, coordinate with project engineers and architects, and ensure construction aligns with the plan.

A Civil Engineering degree and a professional license are required, with 2–3 years in real estate surveying, and willingness

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil).
• Professional License.
• 2–3 years of work experience in a real estate firm.
• Willing to work at multiple project sites (Bulacan, Pampanga, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna).

Responsabilidades

• Makes exact measurements and determines proper references of survey for construction
• Leads and retains overall responsibility for accurate setting-out, survey, and as-built requirements
• Coordinates with Project Engineers and Architects regarding plans
• Prepares layout of excavation lines and monitors the elevation to be cut or filled
• Carries out and maintains the physical setup of the site, alignment monitoring, dimensions, and other parameters of construction
• Performs and oversees measurements and reports on an ongoing basis to ensure overall construction is in line with the construction plan/design
• Assists in establishing procedures to define primary survey points and transfer building controls on the site
• Calculates and monitors concrete hold quantities daily

About the role

The Field Surveyor shall be responsible for assisting the Survey Head in the establishment of controls, obtaining the complete survey data record and preparation of all survey requirements and activities of the project. They shall see to it that all surveying works are in accordance with the standard plans and specifications.

About you
