Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• 2–4 years in a sales/marketing role or similar commercial position.
• Strong verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities, develop value propositions, and close sales.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
• Identify, prospect and nurture potential clients and business opportunities via networking, cold outreach, and digital channels.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations addressing client needs.
• Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients for satisfaction, retention and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather market intelligence and customer feedback for strategy.
• Monitor marketing and sales metrics to optimize campaigns and identify improvements.
• Develop marketing materials including content, graphics, and digital assets communicating value proposition.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
