15+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role or as Sales Head in construction, architectural, interior fit-out, coatings, etc.
Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and manage budgets.
Strong background of setting sales goals and developing strategies to maximize revenue.
Wide networks in the construction industry and materials trading.
Knowledge and technical understanding of construction components/projects, furniture and interior designs.
Accurate & comprehensive understanding of sales planning & forecasting.
Great negotiation & presentations skills to build strong client relationships.
Ability to organize and plan different sales and marketing programs.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills to motivate the sales team.
Willing to travel, do field works.
