Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing within B2B sectors, preferably construction.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to persuade stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close sales opportunities with construction industry clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
• Prepare tailored sales proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns to generate leads and raise brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
