Job summary

MMC LIFTS INCORPORATED is seeking a results-driven sales professional with a business degree to drive new development sales in the construction sector. You will research markets, identify opportunities, and build robust client lists.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage contracts, proposals, and multi-task priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Business (another bachelor course can be acceptable).
• Experience (over 1 or 2 years) with new development sales in the construction industry or any related field.
• Must have SALES experience.
• Strong planning and highly motivated to accomplish/be committed to a goal.
• Good ability to take action and tough negotiation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic verbal and written communication abilities across levels of an organization.
• Able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Accurate and precise attention to details.
• Able to make decisions in a fast-phased environment.
• Good health and Stress resistant

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and create prospect lists.
• Monitoring all project quotation, Sales Order, project progress, project billing, and project collection.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet given targets.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, social media, direct sales, etc.
• Travel for business purposes as required.
• Arrange appointments and meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare deliver effective presentations on products and services.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
• Prepare quotations by understanding client requirements, providing documentation, and conducting site surveys.
• Obtain product quotations from factories based on client specifications.
• Create price proposals by considering factory costs and local expenses.
• Negotiate and finalise contracts.
• Review and prepare contract documents.
• Coordinate and manage orders for elevator/ escalator.
