Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, construction, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales/BD experience in construction/industrial markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, industrial, infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, industrial companies, project owners, consultants, and procurement teams.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, events, site visits, and direct business development.
• Understand client requirements and determine ECCDI services and solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Review project requirements, plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to develop technically appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and other sales documents.
• Assist in cost estimation, quantity assessment, and technical proposal preparation when required.
• Present technical and commercial proposals to clients and decision-makers.
• Follow up on submitted quotations, tenders, proposals, and active opportunities.
• Negotiate terms within company parameters and maintain records of activities.
• Monitor industry trends and market opportunities to develop a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with project and operations teams during award and turnover phases.
• Ensure client expectations are communicated to internal teams.
• Explore repeat business, additional services, equipment leasing, and long-term contracts.
