Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales administration or client administration role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries and client communications with timely, professional responses.
• Prepare and maintain sales documents, quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, site visits and presentations.
• Maintain customer database and sales tracking systems for accuracy.
• Process sales orders and ensure information accuracy for project delivery.
• Assist in generating sales reports and data analyses to monitor performance.
• Support filing systems and general office administration tasks.
