Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BSBA) or any related course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and email inquiries regarding basic product information and customer concerns and properly endorse concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare proposals, sales orders, and delivery requests, ensuring that all documents are properly tracked and monitored.
• Prepare purchase orders and request for payment for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare warranty certificates and certificate of completion for completed projects as required.
• Ensure that all delivered goods and services have corresponding invoices.
• Maintain client database and manage both digital and physical filing systems.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to clients.
• Provide support to the Sales and Project Engineers in coordinating with sub-contractors and service providers regarding delivery and installation activities.
• Properly monitor billings issued to clients and payments made to contractors.
