Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales, payment, and customer records, including monitoring payments and following up on outstanding accounts.
• Assist with collection activities, payment concerns, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely coordination and resolution.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales, payment, collection, and other related reports and documentation.
• Provide administrative and sales support, including preparing email communications, follow-ups, and required documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely processing of transactions and completion of customer requirements.
• Monitor pending sales, payments, and customer requirements and ensure proper follow-through.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
