R. R. ENCABO CONSTRUCTORS INCORPORATED is seeking a Project Site Engineer to supervise construction activities at project sites in the Philippines.

The role involves liaising with contractors, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, and supporting planning, budgeting, and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree (licensed) with at least 1 year of hospital project experience and strong drawing interpretation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

Requires a degree in Civil Engineering, preferably licensed.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Site Engineer in hospital construction.
Proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient at reading/interpreting engineering drawings, specs, contracts.
Effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regs, and environmental standards.
Monitor progress and resolve delays or issues.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and schedules.
Collaborate with design team on technical challenges or changes.
Provide on-site guidance to the construction team.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
