Job summary

R. R. ENCABO CONSTRUCTORS INCORPORATED is seeking a Project Site Engineer to supervise construction activities at hospital sites. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with license and at least 1 year of site experience, focusing on timely project delivery and compliance with codes and safety standards.

You will liaise with contractors and design teams, review drawings and specs, and contribute to planning, budgeting, and cost control while providing on-site guidance to the team.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree; licensed preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as a Project Site Engineer for hospital construction.
• Proven track record managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities at the project site.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering preferably with License
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Site Engineer in a Construction of Hospitals
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
