Job summary

HML Technologies and Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the construction and site administration of a hospital project in Baguio.

You will oversee detailed planning, schedule development, cost control, and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and government agencies, ensuring safety and compliance while guiding a multidisciplinary site team to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with experience in public infrastructure or healthcare facilities
• Registered Civil Engineer
• Strong technical competencies in construction methods, project execution, and quality control
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Baguio City

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed plans, schedules, site procedures, documentation systems, and records to support construction operations
• Manage daily construction activities and ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and safety protocols
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, and schedules
• Facilitate coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and government agencies
• Prepare and maintain project cost control systems, track expenditures, and prepare annual cash flow projections
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
• Lead and manage the site team, providing clear direction, support, and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, health and safety regulations, and internal policies
