Job summary

R. R. ENCABO CONSTRUCTORS INCORPORATED is seeking a Project Site Engineer to supervise construction activities at project sites in the Philippines.

The role involves liaising with contractors, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, and supporting planning, budgeting, and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree (licensed) with at least 1 year of hospital project experience and strong drawing interpretation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Civil Engineering, preferably licensed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Site Engineer in hospital construction.
• Proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient at reading/interpreting engineering drawings, specs, contracts.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules

• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and cost control activities

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering preferably with License

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Site Engineer in a Construction of Hospitals

• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion
