Qualifications

• Experience as Project-in-Charge or Project Engineer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and project coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
• PRC license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities.
• Ensure projects are completed according to plans, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and project personnel.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and company standards compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve project issues and site concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper implementation of work.
