R. R. ENCABO CONSTRUCTORS INCORPORATED is seeking a Project Site Engineer to supervise construction activities at hospital sites. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with license and at least 1 year of site experience, focusing on timely project delivery and compliance with codes and safety standards.

You will liaise with contractors and design teams, review drawings and specs, and contribute to planning, budgeting, and cost control while providing on-site guidance to the team.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree; licensed preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as a Project Site Engineer for hospital construction.
• Proven track record managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues or delays.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, plans, and schedules.
• Collaborate with the design team on technical challenges or design changes.
• Provide on-site support and guidance to the construction team.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and cost control activities.
