Job summary

Our Clients seeks a licensed architect/engineer to lead planning, design, and delivery of expansion clinics and renovations in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end technical execution from due diligence and design through construction, turnover, and operational readiness.

You will work with internal teams, consultants, contractors, landlords, and suppliers to ensure high-quality clinics that support business objectives while meeting DOH requirements and local codes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Engineer required.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering
• Minimum of 8-10 years' progressive experience in the design and construction of medical facilities, healthcare, commercial, or retail projects.
• Familiar with securing DOH requirements (PTC/LTO) and LGU permits and approvals.
• Experience in contractor procurement, project management, cost estimation, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other design software (Revit/BIM is an advantage).
• Knowledge of healthcare facility planning design and construction management.
• Knowledge of the Philippines Building Code, Fire Code, Accessibility Law, and healthcare facility standards.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.
• Ability to read, review, and interpret architectural, engineering, MEPF, as-built drawings, technical specifications, and other design and construction-related documents.
• Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Process-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, construction and technical delivery of expansion clinics, relocations, renovations, and improvements.
• Manage end-to-end technical execution of clinic development projects from due diligence to turnover.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords, and suppliers to deliver high-quality clinics.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee procurement, contractor management, and regulatory compliance (PTC, LTO, LGU permits).
