Job summary

Leighton Asia Limited is seeking an experienced Planning Specialist to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for data center projects in Metro Manila. You will prepare baseline programs, progress updates, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules, while monitoring progress and identifying risks.

The role requires 5+ years of planning experience with MEP data center work, strong scheduling methodology knowledge, and stakeholder coordination across engineering,

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP works for Data Center projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
• Experience on large-scale mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
• Knowledge of delay analysis, claims support, and 4D planning.
