Job summary

QUAD-R Building Solutions is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate records of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies across our warehouses. You will handle receiving, recording, monitoring, issuing, and reconciliation to ensure items are properly accounted for and readily available for construction operations.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with Excel, and the ability to coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Accounting, and site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year in inventory-related roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock replenishment.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, count, and verify materials against purchase orders.
• Record transactions in the inventory system or Excel.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, excess, or missing items.
• Prepare inventory reports for supervisor or management.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Accounting, and site teams.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation of inventory.
• Support inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
• Assist with other inventory-related duties as assigned.
